Course Description

This course is designed for Supervisors who will be monitoring Operatives working in the highways.
With this course, you will gain the skills and knowledge to carry out the work to the standards required by the NRSWA 1991 (the legal framework for street works).

Course Content Certification:

LA – Location and Avoidance of Underground Apparatus
S1 – Monitoring Signing Lighting and Guarding
S2 – Monitoring Excavation in the Highways
S3 – Monitoring Reinstatement and Compaction of Backfill Materials
S4 – Monitoring Reinstatement of Sub-base and Base in Non-Bituminous Materials
05 – Monitoring Reinstatement of Bituminous Materials
07 – Monitoring Reinstatement of Modular Surfaces and Concrete Footways

Additional Units Available:

S6 – Monitoring Reinstatement of Concrete SlabsLocation

The course will be delivered at our training centre in Nottingham

Qualification

On successful completion of the training course supervisors will be registered on to the SWQR Street Works Qualifications Register and will be issued with the 5 year Streetworks Certificate and card.””
