Experienced Worker Test: Candidates who hold previous experience may be eligible for an experienced worker test.
Course Duration: To be determined upon application and confirmation of experience.
Course Outcome: Full Npors qualification will be awarded on successful completion of training and tests.

Course Description

  • Carry out all pre use checks, functional checks and correct shut down procedure
  • Identify the hazards on site
  • Place the roller in and out of service
  • Identify what can cause instability of the roller
  • Understand the names and components of the roller their function
  • Operate machine safely and efficiently
  • Correct rolling procedures
  • Recognise uncompacted and compacted areas
  • Precautions and safety procedures when working up to an unsupported edge
  • Operator trained theory test
